1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Ffbet services including wagering, gaming, and promotions accessed through the Ffbet platform. By registering an account or using any Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms you must not register or use the Services. The Terms apply to all users and supersede any prior agreements or representations.

2. Eligibility, Accounts and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. You must not be barred from gambling in your jurisdiction and you must not reside in a jurisdiction where access is restricted. You must provide accurate information on registration and keep it up to date. We may request proof of age and identity. Only one active account is permitted per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed and may result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

3. Verification of Identity and Age (KYC)

We require identity and residence verification before enabling certain services and before processing withdrawals. You must supply clear copies of documents such as a government issued ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address, and a selfie if requested. Documents must be uploaded within 30 days of registration or prior to the first withdrawal. We may request additional information. Data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and retained as required by law. We may share information with regulatory or law enforcement authorities as permitted. We may suspend or close your account if verification is not completed.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share login credentials or permit third parties to use your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate an account for fraud, abuse, or any suspected breach of these Terms. We may void winnings or balances arising from improper activity.

5. Wagering and Settlement

1. Funding and eligibility: Wagers must be placed from funds currently available in your account. Wagers made before a valid deposit is credited may be void. After a deposit, you must place wagers totalling at least the deposit amount before you are eligible to withdraw.
2. Wager confirmation: Once a wager is confirmed by the system, it is final unless the result is declared void or incorrect under these Terms.
3. Record accuracy: We endeavour to maintain accurate wagering records, but we do not guarantee absolute accuracy and are not liable for errors or omissions.
4. Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes or fees arising from winnings or payments.

6. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

We support payment methods offered on the platform. All payments are subject to verification and anti fraud checks. Deposits are credited immediately; withdrawals are processed after verification, typically within 1-3 business days depending on the method. Minimum withdrawal amount is 20 in the account currency; maximum withdrawal per transaction is 10,000; weekly withdrawal limit is 20,000. Withdrawals are paid to the original payment method where feasible. Fees may apply according to the payment provider. We may require documentation to verify identity and payment details before processing withdrawals. Funds held in customer accounts are segregated from company funds. In the event of insolvency, customer funds are protected according to applicable regulations.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional credits and bonuses are granted subject to specific terms and conditions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering and promotional conditions are met. The standard rollover for promotions is 25 times the combined value of deposits and bonuses unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Different games contribute differently to rollover: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 25%, live casino 0% unless specified. If a withdrawal is requested before the rollover is satisfied, the bonus and any winnings arising from it may be forfeited. We may cap bonus balances, reclaim bonuses or impose administrative charges to offset promotional costs. The terms for promotions operate under separate Promotion Terms documented on the platform; by participating you agree to comply with them.

8. Responsible Gambling

Ffbet supports responsible gambling. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits and losses where available. You may request self exclusion, take a break, or set limits at any time. We will honor these requests promptly and restrict access accordingly. We monitor activity for underage or problem gambling and may suspend or terminate accounts to comply with our Responsible Gaming Policy or applicable law.

9. Disputes and Disclosures

Disputes regarding account activity or wagers must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the disputed event. We will investigate promptly and notify you of the outcome. Our decision is final with respect to wagers and account activity. We may withhold funds during investigations and retain relevant records for regulatory compliance for a minimum period of five years.

10. Privacy, Data Protection and Data Retention

We collect and process personal data to provide the Services in accordance with our privacy policy. Data may be shared with payment processors and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law. Personal data will be retained for a period of five years from the date of the relevant transaction, unless a longer period is required by law. You have rights to access, rectify, or erase personal data where applicable by law, subject to regulatory obligations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. If you continue to use the Services after changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you find changes unacceptable you may terminate your account in accordance with the termination provisions below.

12. Termination, Suspension and Effects

We may terminate, suspend or close your account at any time for breach of these Terms or for security concerns. Upon termination, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you after verification, subject to applicable restrictions. Bonuses may be forfeited upon termination. You may request closure of your account in accordance with the process described in these Terms. We may retain records for compliance and audit purposes.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ffbet operates the Services. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, or by arbitration if applicable under licensing requirements.

14. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and the Operator. No waiver of any term is effective unless in writing. Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent. Third party rights: These Terms do not confer rights on third parties except as permitted by applicable law. Language: The English version prevails.
